Associate Account Director

Role Summary
The Associate Account Director will support the Head of Growth by focusing on new business acquisition, client relationship management, and achieving a sales target of £400K. The role involves executing sales strategies, managing accounts, and contributing to overall sales growth.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed the annual sales target of £400K through effective sales planning and execution.
Actions to Achieve - Develop and implement sales plans; monitor sales performance regularly.
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Actions to Achieve - Conduct market research, attend industry events, and leverage networks to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Actions to Achieve - Regularly communicate with clients, address their needs, and provide solutions.
Sales Process Management:
Follow and improve the standardized sales process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Actions to Achieve - Participate in sales training programs; ensure adherence to the sales process.
Sales Outreach:
Maintain high standards in sales outreach efforts, ensuring quality and consistency.
Actions to Achieve - Use standardized outreach materials; conduct regular audits of outreach activities.
Customer Meetings:
Schedule and attend regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
KPIs - Attend at least 10 customer meetings per month.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):
Conduct QBRs for accounts that have spent in excess of £25K to review performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
KPIs - Conduct QBRs for 100% of accounts spending over £25K per quarter.
