The well-being of our customers, our associates and our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention.
As a result we would like you to also rest assured that we are putting in place contingency measures to ensure you will still receive best possible support around your training objectives with minimal disruption. We have made investments in our technology infrastructure and business continuity planning to ensure all our staff can operate remotely with no interruption to service levels. This will ensure we are able to provide you with seamless service should any of our colleagues need to work remotely (e.g., due to self-isolation, school closures, etc.) or should we decide to close our UK office and switch to a remote working model. Fast Lane have always had a remote working policy and we are extremely confident our service levels will not be impacted.
Likewise, we have expanded our on-line Instructor-Led FLEX Classroom schedules so our customers can attend their courses remotely.
Note: *If you have already booked a course with Fast Lane and would like to refrain from travelling, or if your company has special requirements, we can provide you with a free rebooking to a corresponding ILO or FLEX Classroom date. Please contact us if you wish to rebook.
We are also happy to conduct all customer-specific courses (Onsites / Workshops) online. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss.
