Getting Started
You’ll receive a Confirmation email acknowledging that you have registered for a Palo Alto Networks course.
The email will come from OnFulfillment.com.
Information, i.e., Course Number, Title and Start Date will be specific to the course for which you registered.
Below is a sample version of what the email will look like:

This course will use Secure PDF course materials.
Please read the following instructions:
- First time users will be asked to go through a quick email authentication process to validate their identity.
- After authentication, you may view the documents immediately on your browser.
- If you wish to download the materials onto your PC, iOS, Android, or Blackberry device.
- You may print the watermarked courseware either via the online flash printer or from the downloaded files for 5 days after the class ends. Print privileges end after 5 days.
- Online viewing of the courseware expires in 1 year.
- The system supports the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera.
- Also, you should make sure that JavaScript is enabled in the browser (it usually is by default), and that you have the latest Flash version installed (available here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer).
To access your courseware, click on the “View and Access Courseware here” link in the email.
A new page will open and you’ll be prompted to enter your email address to finish the authentication process.
After you enter your email address, click “Send Authentication Email”.
- If you are using your own personal computer, you can choose to leave the box checked next to “Keep me authenticated on this computer”. That way if you access your courseware again on the same computer, you will not be prompted to go through the authentication process again.
