Course Overview
The purpose of this course is to familiarize the student with the advanced provisioning, Operations, and Maintenance of the SBC Core Technologies Platforms. The student will also become familiar with advanced features that are frequently used in day to day operations. Additionally, the student will learn to access online resources and documentation for supporting the SBC in a production environment. The hands on training addresses application components (including hardware where appropriate) used to configure, manage, and troubleshoot the SBC 5x00, SBC 7000, and the SBC SWe platforms. Intended Audience: System engineers, consultants and integrators who are responsible for the implementation, management and support of Ribbon VoIP equipment
